"Evolve: The Future of Sustainable Design"

Brian Dougherty, founder and creative director, Celery Design Collaborative in California, USA and Paris, France

Brian Dougherty explores the vanguard of sustainable design, where eco-innovation and values-based branding are transforming graphic design practice.

Sustainable design has evolved beyond the realm of recycled paper and green printing to embrace whole systems thinking and new business strategies. This opens up a world of opportunities for designers to create solutions that are radically more effective than the status quo. It also makes sustainable design more fun and creative.

Dougherty draws upon examples from a dozen years of working at the forefront of the sustainable design movement and from his new book, Green Graphic Design.
