Liability and Changes Disclaimer
Neither Icograda, CAFA, or other Congress organisers accept any liability for injuries/losses of whatever nature incurred by delegates and/or accompanying guests including loss or damage to their luggage and/or other personal belongings.
The organisers reserve the right at any time, with or without notice, at their absolute discretion and without necessarily giving any reasons thereof, to cancel or postpone the events, to change venues and/or timetables, to make any change or amendments to the published particular of the events and to withdraw any invitation to attend the events.

Name Changes/Substitutions
Name changes are only accepted when the original person and his/her substitute come from the same university, institute or company.

Cancellation Policy
Refund of Registration Fees will be made as follows:
- up to 90 days prior to arrival, full refund less bank charges;
- up to 60 days prior to arrival cancellation charge of € 50;
- less than 60 days prior to arrival, no refund.




Membership
The member rate is available for delegates belonging to an Icograda/Icsid/IFI Professional Member, or working for one of Icograda/Icsid/IFI’s Promotional or Education Member. Please e-mail or fax a proof of membership or employment to the Conference secretariat together with your registration form or as soon as your online registration has been completed. E-mail confirmation from the Icograda/Icsid/IFI Member Organisation will be sufficient.

Academic Registration:
Academic rate is available to faculty members of an educational institution. When registering as an academic, please email or fax a copy of your faculty ID card or a letter of confirmation from your institution to the Conference secretariat together with your registration form or as soon as your online registration has been completed. In addition you must bring your faculty ID card or the letter from your institution on arrival at the Conference Venue in Beijing.

Student Registration:
When registering as a student please email or fax a copy of your student card for the current academic year or a letter of confirmation from your institution to the Conference secretariat together with your registration form or as soon as your online registration has been completed. In addition you must bring your student card or the letter from your institution on arrival at the Conference Venue in Beijing.

Accompanying persons are individuals travelling with a registered delegate who wish to attend the social programme but not the Congress sessions. There is a limit of one accompanying person per paid delegate.

Group Registration:
To be eligible for the group rate, you must register a minimum of 10 delegates at the same time for the same events. Please fill out a registration form for each delegate and submit them together.
