The exhibition examines the relationship between design and life from the perspectives of both the designer and the public. On the one hand, it explores the possibility of design engaging everyday life. It also explores how life enriches and uplifts design, hence how design and life interacts. Set in virtual living spaces, the exhibition shows design’s presence in everyday life, under day and night settings. The exhibition encourages public participation in the design process, allowing the personal rediscovery of how ordinary settings can be transformed through design into fascinating living realms.
The exhibition showcases 12 designers from a variety of practices, each creating their own products based on different settings. All exhibits are everyday products closely linked to people’s lives, each having its own story to tell. The exhibition consists of three sections, Design Engaging Life, Daytime Lifescope, and Nighttime Lifescope.
